Safari and Summit

Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with wicked food poisoning was challenging. But the view and reward of summitting the tallest mountain in Africa was worth the effort. We followed the Machame route and were constantly inspired by our guides and porters who made it look easy. The safari that followed included the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire NP, and Serengeti NP. Some of my favorite moments as a photographer came from this experience and I'm itching to visit Africa again soon.
